While shopping at Walmart my husband saw all the kites on a stand and wound up buying 8 kites. We walked the kids out to a field that was just a block away and we had so much fun. Emma and Landon were actually able to get their kites up in the air and keep them up there. Matt also couldn't resist flying a kite. He also got one for me, but I knew I would have my hands tied holding Savannah and helping the kids. What a wonderful afternoon.
It is not easy to take pictures of children running around with kites and get both the child and the kite in the picture. So here is a video of them. I did not think to switch my camera to video until the end unfortunately.
