Italian Meatballs


I am cooking these up right now for our church potluck tomorrow and they smell so good as they are baking in the oven and so easy.


  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup water (more or less)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 TBS Parsley
  • garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Olive Oil Spray


Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F

Mix all ingredients together. Don't add all of the water at one time. Mixture should be moist but not
so that the meatballs fall apart. If it is to moist then add some more bread crumbs.

Shape meatballs into balls about the size of a golf ball and place two inches apart on a greased cookie sheet

Bake in oven for 40-50 minutes then add to your favorite Spaghetti sauce and simmer until heated through
